We chose the theme of collaboration, and asked that all workshops utilize two or more workshop leaders (for instance, I co-led a workshop with the Head of Marymount on becoming a school leader). This practice models an essential life skill for success in the 21st century economy -- the ability to partner across time and space with people different from myself. The IB prizes this quality, and so do the job markets. Your child will have many opportunities to learn collaboration in the classrooms of St. Stephen's.
